Look! This is SO Brazilian. The government has just decided to standardize the electricity plugs. Now, 2009. Yeah, it was about time, right? In Brazil we use both the American/Japanese plug and sort of the European plug, as seen here:

When we buy something with this plug here

we either break the third knob or we buy an adapter.
Instead of deciding between any of these popular plugs, they created this:

Now we have a plug to call our own and the electricity plug adapters will have to change. For us. Yay! I'm so proud of our new electricity plug!
